Warmset sprang up in 2012 to fine-tune an idea: the use of laminated resistive components to achieve better performances in the field of electric heating by the Joule effect, which causes electric materials to generate and give off heat.
The Warmset project is first developed at Filmcutter s.p.a. —a company that since 1997 transforms and sells flexible insulation materials—which chose to put itself to the test by making the exciting and well-thought-out decision to compete in a production segment which was almost entirely new for the Italian market. Despite this, it managed to guarantee a remarkable performance, recognized around the world.
Precisely for this reason, the long-time experience matured by Filmcutter in the lamination sector turned out to be essential to achieving the flexibility in terms of production that today has Warmset adapting all the know-how gained to the demands of a constantly evolving market.
The first parts produced and the first patents were developed between 2007 and 2011, thanks to a careful analysis of the materials and the production processes. In April 2012, Warmset becomes a reality, an independent company in all respects that manages all the new activities under the electric heating sector on its own.
Warmset’s competitive edge is still the high level of innovation of its technology, developed with exclusively conceived machinery, which allows its products to achieve performance levels never-before dreamed of.

The technology developed by the company also protects the environment and is entirely green:
• with the Warmset system, all the electricity generated by renewable sources can be completely converted into heat;
• all the materials used to make Warmset products are completely recyclable;
• thanks to its bifilar structure, the Warmset system doesn’t generate any type of electromagnetic emissions whatsoever.
