WARMSET HEATING
Warmset technology is the ideal solution for heating industrial buildings, greenhouses, sports fields and many other areas. The Warmset system uses Black technology, provided with a polypropylene outer covering. This feature guarantees uniform heat distribution over large surface areas, making it suitable not only for domestic heating but also for industrial, agricultural and sporting applications. The ribbon is completely protected by a layer of EVA that gives mechanical resistance and impermeability to the conductor.
This robust conductor is laid on a PE mesh, with the EVA layer glued using a thermoforming process. The result? A conductor that is strong and easy to install and that is unrolled like a mat. Each mat can have from 2 to 8 lines to adapt to your needs.
Versatility for natural and artificial grass
If your football field has natural grass, you can leave a greater distance between heating elements. In this way more space can be covered with a single mat, saving time and money both for installation and for materials. The power per linear metre for natural grass varies from 15 to 28 W/m, maintaining a power density from 90 to 100 W/m2. For artificial grass, the average distance between heating elements ranges from 6 to 8 cm.
