Raised Floor Heating Systems
Our WarmfloorUp is a heating system specifically designed to provide warmth in spaces fitted with raised flooring. It incorporates Warmset’s patented heating technology.
The heating performance of the product is based on the properties of one of the most advanced and high-performing conductive materials: carbon fibre.
WarmfloorUp is the solution developed by Warmset to heat floors made with raised access floor panels. Our extensive experience in the heating sector allows us to manufacture heating modules that can be installed directly underneath raised floor panels, providing users with maximum thermal comfort.
WarmfloorUp heaters
The modules can be installed underneath any type of raised floor panel and can be manufactured in different sizes and power ratings. The WarmfloorUp heating system can also be installed in outdoor areas to heat terraces and wellness areas, as well as being used for anti-icing applications or indoor applications.
The raised floor heating module consists of a Warmset radiant heating element and a rear insulation layer designed to prevent unnecessary heat loss. The entire system is enclosed within an aluminium structure and features an adhesive layer to facilitate installation underneath the floor panels. To improve adhesion, the use of an additional suitable adhesive is recommended.
Each module is equipped with two 60 cm power cables, or longer cables upon request. The cables are fitted with two IP67 connectors, one male and one female, allowing multiple modules to be connected together in parallel.
HOW IT IS MADE
WarmFloorUp is a modular heating system for raised floors, designed to be installed underneath floating tiles or removable access floor modules. Each element incorporates Warmset heating technology within a thin and functional structure, developed to transfer heat towards the walking surface while limiting downward heat loss.
The standard modules are available in 60 × 60 cm and 120 × 60 cm sizes. The actual heated surface measures 50 × 50 cm for the 60 × 60 cm module and 110 × 50 cm for the 120 × 60 cm module.
The heater consists of an aluminium covering, a heating element, a thermal insulation layer and a reflective aluminium backing. This configuration directs heat upwards, improving system efficiency and reducing heat loss towards the subfloor.
The operating power varies according to the intended application. For indoor applications, the power is 150 W/m², while for outdoor applications, the power is 370 W/m². This makes it possible to distinguish between solutions designed for indoor comfort and solutions intended for outdoor use, where environmental conditions require a higher power output.
Each module is equipped with two 60 cm power cables and IP67-rated connectors, allowing multiple elements to be connected in parallel. To improve adhesion to the surface of the tile or raised floor module, the use of a suitable adhesive is recommended.
In addition to the standard sizes, the dimensions and power ratings can be customised upon request, according to the specific requirements of the project.
