When drums, reels or any other material require to be heated simultaneously, the ideal solution is heated shelves to ensure the materials reach the same temperature simultaneously. Moreover, a heated shelf facilitates handling, as products can be moved without first having to remove them from drum heating straps.
HIGHLY EFFICIENT HEATED SHELVES
The quickest and most functional solution is to position the industrial panels on the inside of the sides of the shelving unit, in this way obtaining a constant temperature. Warmset W-Radiant panels are an innovative heating solution consisting of an ultra-light honeycomb polycarbonate casing, inside which Warmset unique patented technology is installed. The frame supporting the structure is made of aluminium, to ensure improved mechanical stability of the product. Thanks to its ultra-light structure, the panels can also be installed in the shelves to heat the materials and keep them at a given temperature, bringing the internal temperature up to 70°C. The Warmset panel releases heat directly only in the area concerned. The power of the panels designed for shelving units is 750 W/m2 and their standard size is 1×1 metre. Customized sizes can be obtained on request. The panels are provided with eyebolts to allow them to be fixed easily to the walls of the shelving unit. The shelving unit is made of suitable materials and insulation, such as sandwich panels or polycarbonate with a high insulating power.
HOME AUTOMATION CONTROL
Warmset is in contact with specialized firms that produce shelving, in order to offer a truly functional product with high energy and construction efficiency. Connected to a home automation control and sensor system, it can be switched on automatically according to the parameters set by the user (minimum temperature, maximum temperature, times) and the panels installed can also be managed individually.
