The latest addition to the Warmset family dedicated to industrial localized heating is the radiant screen.
The heating screen creates an optimal comfort zone for the operator working in cold and poorly insulated spaces
A WARM ISLAND IN YOUR BUILDING
Warmset radiant screens are the ideal solution when the doors of the industrial building require to be kept open, or when the building is draughty due to poor building insulation. The radiant screen creates a sort of warm island where the operator can work in maximum comfort. The screens are modular and are composed of a minimum of two 0.5×1.5 modules with a standard power of 560 W/module. The finished screen can be formed of up to 4 modules
HOW IT IS MADE
Thanks to its structure, the screen is self-supporting and can stand without any additional supports. Considering its very low weight provided by the polycarbonate core, it can be closed and stowed away during summer months. The temperature reached by the Warmset radiant screen is around 80 °C on the surface. When placed at a distance of a few meters from the user, it creates a warm zone of around 20 °C.
In this way, no-one will be obliged to work in the cold, and everyone will be able to remain warm with a minimum expenditure for electricity. The screen is connected to the power supply with a cable, provided at one of the two ends with a terminal block for connecting up to 4 modules, based on need. It comes in black or white; the frames of each module are made of aluminium, to create a structure that is both light and sturdy in every way.
