Warmset technology alone is not always sufficient to completely heat all the areas of the industrial building. For this reason, Warmset has chosen a reliable and high quality product capable of heating large areas using infrared lamps.
INFRARED HEATING FOR LARGE AREAS
Infrared lamps deliver heat using short waves without light emission. Medium and long waves are not suitable for industrial spaces.
The operating principle is the same as that of the sun’s rays, which emit electromagnetic waves that are transformed into heat when they come into contact with people or objects.
In this way there is a significant saving of energy and cost as, unlike air heaters, there is no heat loss.
The bulbs are made of quartz and have a gold coating to reach maximum efficiency and the guaranteed lifespan of 7,000 hours.
The lamps chosen by Warmset have a very low dazzle effect compared to common infrared lamps. They can be wall mounted or suspended from the ceiling. The body is formed of a powder coated aluminium profile; they are also fitted with a protector. They are also provided with a high temperature silicone cable and ceramic terminal block. They are designed, manufactured and certified in the EU. The HLQ range has been developed for intense and continuous use and represents the ideal solution for radiant heating of large areas and localized workstations.
A STRONG AND HIGH PERFORMANCE SYSTEM
These lamps are resistant to dust and air currents. Each lamp comes with a wall mounting bracket and can also be suspended from the ceiling, is robust and reliable. It produces an ideal heating effect thanks to the large parabolic reflector and guarantees high heat dissipation capacity.
The three models of lamp available have three standard powers: 2, 4 or 6 kW.
The three lamps cover an area of 10/15 m2, 15/25 m2 and 20/35 m2, respectively.
With this information it is possible to calculate how many lamps to install in each area. The lamps can also be managed dividing the phases and activating one, two or three bulbs simultaneously (compatibly with the type of lamp chosen).
