Compared to conventional heating systems with the same temperature, underfloor heating systems offer an average energy saving of over 30%.

This advantage is possible due to the high radiant surface of the floor, which allows the heating element to remain at a low temperature.

What’s more, the thermal gradient generated with an underfloor heating system means that heat loss is lower than that of a conventional heating system. In fact, it is possible to recover heat that is normally wasted due to air stratification, reaching high temperatures close to the ceiling.

Heat recovery increases with increasing room height: the higher the ceiling is the more advantageous it is to install underfloor heating.
