To ensure that snow and ice melt during the winter months, Warmset has installed its heating system underneath the square in front of the church in the town of Villanova Mondovì in Piedmont.
The project includes installation of a hybrid system consisting of a Warmset system and radiating cable provided in collaboration with Proheat to guarantee dual performance if conditions are critical and only one system is not enough. System power can reach 300 W/m2 and guarantee that snow and ice melts even underneath the thick stone slabs that pave the square.
